Mike Weller is the founder of Merganser Project Management. He appreciates that providing owner’s representative services to nonprofit clients means that every workday is unique, and no two projects are the same. Through the ups and downs of a project, Mike remains energized by remembering the vital work of each project’s nonprofit owner. He loves visiting past projects to see how new facilities have impacted their owners’ ability to fulfill their mission.
Mike has more than 15 years of experience in the architecture and construction industries, including roles as an owner, architect, and subcontractor.
Mike hold a Master of Architecture from the University of Washington and has an undergraduate degree in German Cultural Studies from Harvard College. He is a registered architect, LEED-accredited professional, and Project Management Professional (PMP)®. Mike is past co-chair of AIA Seattle’s Disaster Preparedness and Response Task Force and currently serves as a commissioner for King County Water District 19 on Vashon Island.
